Dan Bennett

my story

Since starting in this industry out of college, I’ve built a financial practice based on trust, service and competency. In fact, some of the people I’ve helped have become my lifelong friends.

Financial discussions aren’t always easy. So when I help someone break free from what’s been holding them back financially, it’s a pretty amazing feeling. Especially considering that the solutions we arrive at could potentially benefit their family for generations. Witnessing people go for something new gets my heart and creativity pumping.

Outside of work, I’m fairly active and travel quite a bit. My goal each year is to complete a half marathon in a different country and plan trips around that. I also enjoy spending time with my wife, Candice, and our daughter, Lennon.

Brian Conboy

my story

After college, I was in the wholesale consumer electronics distribution business for nine years. Since April 2010, I’ve worked in financial services, developing meaningful relationships with people and helping them reach their dreams while protecting them against the things that could go wrong.

Even though it’s a challenge getting a foot in the door and changing people’s perception of what financial advisors do and how we can help them, building relationships and friendships with clients is the most rewarding part of this career. Seeing the amazing things they all do is truly inspiring to me.

I also love that Syracuse offers lots to do in an urban setting with a big city feel, but surrounded by wonderful hiking, lakes, mountains, and scenery. An ideal weekend involves getting up early and finishing all the things I didn’t get a chance to do during the week, having breakfast at my favorite diner, and taking a nice long walk around Onondaga Lake.

my story

I have been interested in financial services since I started my career while in college as a teller at a local bank in Syracuse. It just continued from there.

I like the idea of helping people reach their goals while educating them along the way. It is rewarding to work with clients to create a plan and watch them stick to the plan and achieve their goals over the years. It is great to work with people that want help and are willing to follow advice. In Syracuse where I was born, raised and still live we have a strong sense of community. Most people are very friendly and are always willing to help each other in any way they can.

In my spare time, my friends and I attend sporting events, birthday parties, and anything else our kids are involved with. It’s all about the kids!

my story

After working as the marketing director of a regional shopping mall in Syracuse, I was recruited into the financial services industry. For almost 30 years, I’ve been helping people establish and fulfill their goals and dreams. To say it’s been rewarding would be an understatement.

While it can be a challenge getting people to realize the importance of planning, it’s so satisfying when it clicks. There’s nothing better than knowing my clients and their families will be okay.

Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, paddle boarding, hiking, kayaking, and beach yoga.

my story

I started in the financial services industry because I wanted to create relationships. It’s a great feeling, helping like-minded clients rest easy, knowing that some of the most personal and difficult situations they’ll ever be faced with in life have already been mapped out. I’m inspired by people around me working hard and doing their best…. just getting after it!

When I studied Economics in college, I always knew that I’d end up doing what I do now. At first, I worked as a commercial real estate broker for six years, mostly with real estate investors. I found that it wasn’t a good fit for me, but I learned a lot and much of it transfers. Today, I work with real estate professionals and business owners, allowing me to utilize the skills I learned in that field.

Exercise and outdoor activities are my hobbies. In my spare time, I’m happiest hanging with my family, but if I’m not doing that you can catch me skiing the powder or running in some forest with my buddies.
