My original goal was to become a pediatrician because I wanted to help children and families. Though I didn’t end up pursuing medicine, everything I have done in my professional life has been a form of problem solving. After working in food service consulting and distribution, I found myself on the client side of financial planning. Having enjoyed that encounter, I was turned on to moving to the other side as a method to help families and businesses in a different way.
What I do goes far beyond investing and Insurance work. It’s looking at the whole picture and filling in all the gaps in-between that makes the real difference. It’s great being part of the “ah-ha moment” when someone really sees the solution that I am able to provide. Knowing that they have a better understanding of their situation and their options and that their minds are set at ease is very gratifying.
During my off hours, I love spending time with my family, cooking, playing music, tennis, and golf. This is where I find the work-life balance that helps me be my best.
Been in financial planning for seven years. I live in Victor where my wife and I grew up. Have spent time as a professional musician. Spent the last five years volunteering with at-risk youth in Rochester.
